To request a benefit estimate in advance, please ask your doctor, specialist or dentist to provide you with a list of the items you'll be billed for (including fees for each item), then complete either our medical or dental estimate online form.
Alternatively, you can login to your Online Member Centre or call us on 1300 134 060 and we can provide a benefit estimate over the phone.
