What does chiro treatment involve?

Chiropractors use a specific type of manipulation called an adjustment to improve many health problems that are related to the skeleton and muscular system. Common areas that can benefit from chiro treatment include spinal conditions such as lower back or neck pain, knees and shoulders as well as other health problems such as headaches and period pain.
