Can my partner make changes to my policy?

If you would like to give your partner (or someone else) authority to make enquiries or changes to your membership; simply complete a Spouse/Agent Authority form and return it to hello@hif.com.au. We'll let you know in writing as soon as authority has been added. 

Important, please note: 

• An authorised person can alter any aspect of a policy, but they cannot cancel it.

• Only the primary member of a policy can cancel the membership.
