Spouse/Agent Authority form and return it to
hello@hif.com.au. We'll then email you as soon as this action has been requested.
Important, please note:
- There is no provision for a nominated spouse/agent to cancel your membership or to remove the primary member from the policy.
- Only the primary member of a policy can cancel the membership.
