How do I change my bank details?

At HIF we like to give our Members options, so here are a few ways you can update your bank details with us.

Our Online Member Centre

The easiest way to change your bank account details is logon onto our online Member Centre. Available online 24/7, it allows you to update payment details and make a payment, as well as update your personal details, view your claims history, and much, much, more. If you haven’t done so already, make sure you register to access your Member Centre.

Alternatively, with the exception of credit card expiry dates, all account changes can be made using our Direct Debit Request Form, simply download this form and email the completed form to us at hello@hif.com.au or mail it to Health Insurance Fund of Australia GPO Box X2221 Perth WA 6847.
