How do I change my bank details?

At HIF we like to give our members options, so here are a few ways you can update your bank details with us.

Our Online Member Centre

The easiest way to change your bank account details is logon onto our Online Member Centre. Available online 24/7, it allows you to update payment details and make a payment, as well as update your personal details, view your claims history, and much, much, more. If you haven’t done so already, make sure you register to access the Online Member Centre with the same email address you use for your HIF membership.

Alternatively, with the exception of credit cards, all account changes can be made using our Direct Debit Request Form. Simply download this form and email the completed form to us at hello@hif.com.au or mail it to Health Insurance Fund of Australia, Whadjuk Country, GPO Box X2221, Perth WA 6847.
