It's easy! Simply visit our Online Member Centre, click "Forgotten your password" and follow the on screen instructions. You'll then receive an automatic email which contains a link to input a new password.
Your new password should be at least 8 characters and must contain:
- at least 1 uppercase character,
- at least 1 lowercase character and
- at least 1 number
Please note: The email sent to your nominated email address (recorded on your membership), will remain active for 30 minutes.
