HIF membership cards are produced separately off-site, so please allow 10 business days for your card to arrive in the mail. If your card hasn't arrived within that time frame, please email rewards@hif.com.au and a member of our team will get back to you with a response as soon as possible.
If you need to make an Extras claim in the meantime though (for any services which have the 2 month waiting period waived or served), you can simply pay for the service in full at the time of treatment, then lodge a claim for the service as soon as you have your new member number. Members with Android phones can access a digital version of our card through HIF Member App.
