Why haven't I received my card?

HIF membership cards are produced separately off-site, so please allow two weeks for your card to arrive in the mail. If your card hasn't arrived within that time frame, please email hello@hif.com.au and a member of our team will get back to you with a response as soon as possible.

If you need to make an Extras claim in the meantime though (for any services which have the 2 month waiting period waived), you can simply pay for the service in full at the time of treatment, then you can lodge a claim for the service as soon as you have your new member number. Please rest assured that you are automatically covered from your chosen commencement date though; any delay with your membership card is simply an admin requirement at our end.
