The HIF team is celebrating today after our Senior Digital Marketing Consultant, Maureen Teague, was named Australian Young Marketer of the Year (YMOTY) by the Association for Data-driven Marketing and Advertising (ADMA).

The YMOTY title is awarded annually to a highly successful marketing professional aged 30 or under. Maureen was the only finalist to be shortlisted from WA, and last night she scooped the national title at the prestigious ADMA Australian Creativity & Effectiveness Awards gala in Sydney.

"Since joining our team in 2012, Maureen has worked on wide range of marketing and brand activities including social media campaigns, television commercials, print, press, radio, event management, brand activation, digital content strategy and more", said HIF Managing Director Graeme Gibson.

"Her ideas and initiatives have contributed to us generating significant growth in memberships, high levels of engagement and an enhanced brand in the Australian community. Maureen is an exemplary brand ambassador for HIF, both personally and professionally."

In addition to her trophy, Maureen's prize includes an all-expenses-paid trip to New York to meet some of the world's brightest marketing minds.

Congratulations to Maureen on her successes - career and sporting - and her recent marriage.

Mr McMullan must have really inspired you with his marketing lessons!

I had the pleasure of teaching Maureen and her friends (Dearbhla, Nicola and Kellie). Even 11 years ago the fantastic 4 had the potential to conquer the world.

We'll done Maureen!
