How can I check my claims history?

You can check your claims history 24/7 in your Online Member Centre or HIF App. 

• Open claims or recent claims history,
• Search the claims for each person on the policy,
• Search by the type of claim,
• Add a service date to filter your claims results.

Here are some quick instructions:

1. Login to the Online Member Centre, click on the “Claims” tab; or

2. Login to the HIF App, click on ‘Claims History’ from the menu

3. From here, you can:

• Open claims or recent claims history,
• Search the claims for each person on the policy,
• Search by the type of claim,
• Add a service date to filter your claims results.
