How can I check my claims history?

You can check your claims 24/7 in your Online Member Centre account of the HIF Member App. 

Here are some quick instructions:

1. Simply login using your HIF Member number and password
2. Click on the “Claims” tab along the blue bar at the top
3. From here, you can:

• Open claims or recent claims history,
• Search the claims for each person on the policy,
• Search by the type of claim,
• Add a service date to filter your claims results.

Alternatively, you can download the HIF Member App and click on 'Claims History'.
