You can check the status of your claims in your Online Member Services account here: www.hif.com.au/members.
Here are some quick instructions below:
1. Simply login using your HIF member number and password
2. Click on the “view my claims history” under the claims tab along the blue bar at the top
3. Please then select:
- the type of claim (e.g all claims or claims awaiting payment),
- the claims for which person
- a service date to filter your claims results
4. You’ll then be able to see all information relating to the claims you have made since you've been with HIF.
