How do I pay my $50 non-emergency ambulance co-payment?

When you receive an ambulance account with a service type of non-emergency or non-urgent call-out, HIF will cover the entire fee except for a $50 co-payment per trip.

To claim simply submit your unpaid ambulance invoice together with a completed claim form to us and we will pay the ambulance service provider directly minus the $50 co-payment. Once the ambulance service has received our payment, they will then send you an invoice for the outstanding $50 co-payment.

If you've already paid the invoice in full – we'll pay you directly minus the $50 co-payment.
