Great question! We’ve recently noticed an increase in queries regarding online dental services. It’s important to note though, that a benefit will only be applicable if the dental treatment/service is completed as an in-person consultation with a registered dentist who is approved by HIF for these services.
A benefit from HIF will not be payable if the service is provided as a:
- Picture
- Video
- Telephone or
- Online consultation.
