What is Osteopathy?

Osteopathy (or 'Osteo') is a system of complementary medicine involving the treatment of medical disorders through the manipulation and massage of the skeleton and musculature.

Osteo involves soft tissue work, such as stretching and manipulation of bones and muscles to promote mobility and restore your body's balance. 

Osteopaths treat disorders such as back and neck pain, headaches, joint pain, arthritis, repetitive strain injuries (RSI), vertigo, sciatica, sports injuries and tendonitis.
