Just joined HIF? Great to hear! Please allow 5-10 working days from policy activation for your HIF membership card to be mailed to your nominated postal address. In the meantime, if you need to make an Extras claim (for any services which have the 2 month waiting period waived), please pay for the service in full at the time of treatment, then you can lodge a claim for the service as soon as you have your new member number.
