It's easy! Simply visit our Online Member Centre, click "Forgotten your password" and follow the onscreen instructions.
You'll then receive an automatic email which contains a link to input a new password.
You can also update your password within your account:
In the Online Member Centre: Go to ‘My Profile’ → Account Settings
