Meet Levi, our Learning and Development Consultant at HIF. Levi started his HIF journey in 2017, and since then has been busy designing and delivering training and projects on everything you can think of, insuring all our staff are constantly focussed on our Members needs and experience. Our newest staff member, Hif, decided to ask Levi a few questions to see how he helps make a #hifference. 

Meet Taryn, our new Communications Manager who started her HIF journey in January 2018. Taryn will be our Member communications guardian ensuring we're consistently meeting our Members needs and expectations. Meet Jason who started his journey at HIF four and a half years ago. He began assisting our members in the Contact Centre as a Customer Service Representative. In November 2016, Jason was successfully appointed through an external competitive process for the role of "Customer Experience Team Leader". Meet Nicole, one of our Customer Experience Team Leaders within the Customer Services team until recently. Nicole is now preparing to take on the role of Customer Experience Manager, following her successful appointment to the position after a highly competitive recruitment process.
